All our orders are processed without delay and most in stock products are dispatched the same day. However, please allow up to 28 days for items out of stock. Once items have been despatched, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal/shipping strikes, etc, or any other events that are beyond our control. If there is an expected lengthy delay on an item, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the choice of proceeding with the order or cancelling it. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given.
All postal schedules exclude weekends, e.g. orders received on weekends will be disapatched the following Monday (subject to availability). Orders are dispatched in unmarked packaging via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges
At Féminines we offer a no quibble return policy on all our items,** so long as they are returned to us undamaged and unwashed, and in their original condition with labels intact.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your goods, simply return them to us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
In certain circumstances (e.g. when an item is purchased as a gift in advance of Valentines, Christmas, birthdays, etc.), Féminines may agree to waive these conditions, but this will be done solely at our discretion. Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
Please note, once an item has been dispatched to a customer, Féminines cannot refund postal costs or the cost of returning an item.
However, in the event of an exchange, you will not be charged again for delivery.
** In the interests of hygiene, bras, briefs, thongs, G-Strings and bra & brief matching sets are not
returnable, and hosiery is only returnable if the item has not been removed from its original packaging. Briefs/thongs and hosiery that
come with corsets/basques, babydolls, chemises or similar may be returned, but only if the item is returned as a whole.

All personal details are protected and we have no access whatsoever to any of your financial details.
