Delivery
All our lingerie items are delivered in discreet unmarked mail bags via 1st Class Signed For™ Special Delivery (1st Class Standard for non UK delivery). All orders are processed without delay and most in stock products are dispatched within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 28 days for items out of stock. Once items have been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal/shipping strikes, etc, or other events beyond our control. If there is an expected lengthy delay on an item, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the choice of proceeding with the order or canceling it. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given. All postal schedules exclude weekends, e.g. orders received on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (subject to items being in stock). Postal charges for UK and International destinations — £4.00
(Note: for orders under £15, postage is only £1.75)
Refunds & Exchanges
At Feminines we offer a NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY on all our items,** so long as they are returned to us undamaged and unwashed, and in their original condition with labels intact. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your goods, simply return them to us within 7 days* of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for any refund to be processed.
Refunds & Exchanges in the UK
For our UK customers, we are able to offer a very special service whereby all postal costs incurred in returning an item for exchange or refund will be met by us. If, for any reason, you decide you don't want an item you've purchased from Feminines, simply post it back to us within 7 days and we will refund the full postal cost of returning that item back to your original payment source (e.g. your credit/debit card or Paypal account).
In the event you want a refund: we will refund the original purchase price of the item/s and the postal cost of returning it/them back to Feminines. Your refund will also include the P&P you paid on the original purchase.
In the event you wish to exchange something: we will refund the postal cost of returning the item/s back to Feminines and will not charge you again for re-delivery.
Please note: all returns and exchanges must be posted using 1st Class Signed For™ Special Delivery. This protects both you and us against loss or damage of an item whilst in transit.
In any event, please allow up to 7 working days for any refund to be processed.
* A seven day exchange/return period is the fastest way of securing exchanges/refunds. However, we will accept refunds and exchanges for up to 14 days after the purchase date.
** In the interests of hygiene, bras, briefs, thongs, G-Strings and bra & brief matching sets are not
returnable, and hosiery is only returnable if the item has not been removed from its original packaging. Briefs/thongs and hosiery that
come with corsets/basques, babydolls, chemises or similar may be returned, but only if the item is returned as a whole. Customers wishing to return/exchange items should contact us without delay:

All prices are inclusive of VAT, and we accept all major debit and credit cards.
For your security, we process all online payments through Paypal, the world's most trusted and sophisticated online trading system. All personal details are protected and we have no access whatsoever to any of your financial details. We also accept cheques and Postal Orders, but please note that delivery times are subject to fund clearance. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Feminines Lingerie.
