Got Lingerie, one of the UK's biggest wholesale lingerie suppliers, has become the latest lingerie casualty of the recession. The word on the grapevine is that the receiver went in on Friday and shut everything down, leaving many retailers, Feminines included, in a bit of a pickle, because Got Lingerie was the only UK stockist of Dreamgirl and Vacari lingerie. I have had to remove these brands from the website.. I am currently in talks with a new supplier, regarding a brand called Elegant Moments. It looks like pretty nice lingerie and should be on the website soon. Got Lingerie may not be last big name to go under in this recession. According to sources, Intimas, the company behind Charnos Lingerie, Lepel, DM and Urban Nights, is now also facing bankruptcy. Where will it all end, eh?
