Feminines ships to both UK and international destinations. Postage for all destinations is just £3.95.

All our lingerie items are delivered by 1st Class Signed For™ Special Delivery (1st Class Standard for non UK delivery). All orders are processed without delay.
Most in stock products are dispatched within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 28 days for items out of stock.
Once items have been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal/shipping strikes, etc, or other events beyond our control.
If there is an expected lengthy delay on an item, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered the choice of proceeding with your order or canceling it. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given.
All postal schedules exclude weekends, e.g. orders received on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (subject to items being in stock).
Returns & Exchanges
Feminines offers a NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY on all items,* as long as they are returned undamaged, unwashed, and in their original condition with labels intact.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your goods, simply return them within14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
* Please note: In the interests of hygiene, bras, briefs, thongs, G-Strings and bra & brief matching sets are not returnable. Briefs/thongs and hosiery that come with corsets/basques, babydolls, chemises or similar may be returned, but only if the set is returned as a whole. Customers wishing to return/exchange items should contact us without delay.
Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.
